Hasta el momento Way Up Foundation ha trabajado según la capacidad personal y voluntaria de sus directivos. Sin embargo, el hecho de estar en proceso de crecimiento requiere de un lugar (oficina) y personal a tiempo completo (CEO y secretaría) que cubra las necesidades presentes para lograr el propósito.
Para esto necesitamos, en primer lugar, del clamor de todos a nuestro Señor por sabiduría, discernimiento y sobre todas las cosas de un frescor constante en nuestros corazones. En segundo lugar, nuestro trabajo también es posible gracias a la generosidad de personas como usted. Por eso, nos encantaría que considere hacer una donación para apoyar nuestras iniciativas. Cualquier cantidad que pueda contribuir es valiosa y marcará una diferencia significativa en las vidas de aquellos que servimos.
Up to now, Way Up Foundation has worked according to the personal and voluntary capacity of its directors. However, the fact of being in the process of growth requires a place (office) and full time staff (Secretariat) that covers the present needs to achieve its purposes.

¿Por qué necesitamos de personal a tiempo completo en Way Up?
- Se hace imprescindible en este momento un CEO que coordine el trabajo de todos los voluntarios en Way Up, además de poder gestionar la promoción a través de charlas en diferentes lugares y el entrenamiento necesario a los ministerios involucrados. También se hace necesario un secretario bilingue que a la vez lleve la contaduría.
Why do we need full-time staff at Way Up?
- It is essential at this time a full time CEO who coordinates the work of everyone the volunteers in Way Up, in addition being able to manage the promotions through talks in different places and the necessary training to the ministries involved. A bilingual secretary is also necessary to run the accounting office at the same time.

¿Cómo minimizamos gastos anuales?
El local para la oficina será una habitación más de la casa familiar del gerente. Los gastos de utilidades de la oficina serán cubiertos por el salario del gerente. La otra parte del staff continuará sirviendo voluntariamente.
¿Cómo lograr el presupuesto?
El presupuesto se gestionará a través de las ofrendas directas de los ministerios que recibirán servicio y de las donaciones que hagan aquellos que desean colaborar con Way Up. Una de los principios que deseamos mantener en Way Up es el principio bíblico de no cobrar por servir, pues lo hacemos a Dios y a su Iglesia. Sin embargo, creemos que el obrero es digno de su salario y que además hay gastos necesarios para cualquier gestión. Es por esto que alentamos a los hermanos a sostener este ministerio.

How do we minimize annual expenses?
The room for the study will be one of the rooms in the familiy house that the CEO. Utility expenses will be covered by the manager’s salary as part of your personal household expenses. The other part of the staff will continue to serve voluntarily.
How to achieve the budget?
The budget will be managed through the direct offerings of the ministries that will receive donations made by those who wish to collaborate with Way Up and the income generated by the use of social networks.
